This was the cartoon put up on cartoonoscope on "THE HINDU", dated July 17th, 2009. This is very true in INDIA and especially this year when the monsoons have failed. A drought hit country has only hopes set high and hopefully the Nature Gods may show some mercy on us. Very well put up, this cartoon, HOW TRUE?!!!
